We only deliver inside the UK at this time.

All items are sent by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise, usually delivered using a TRACKED SERVICE within 1-7 working days of being purchased. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Your order day is day zero when ordering before 6pm. The following day is day zero when ordering after 6pm.

Please note, we are a small family run business and our shipping times reflect this.

Larger parcels are upgraded to DPD at no extra cost. This is at our discretion.

All our preloved clothes and homeware are wrapped in white tissue paper, secured with a sticky label before being packaged into a postage bag or box.

Please note: we use biodegradable, reused, recycled and recyclable packaging where possible.

🦩Look out for our Flamingo printed bags. They are biodegradable and non-toxic!🌱

Any non-recyclable stuffing such as bubble wrap is all re-used.

(In some cases delivery can be quicker than our stated time frames and in rare occasions slightly later due postal delays outside of our control.)

RETURNS

UK RETURN POLICY

We offer a simple 14 day FREE returns policy

Take advantage of our pre-paid returns label*

Although we are sure you will love your purchase, if you change your mind for any reason, all you need to do is email us at support@theclearoutstore.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel to advise of your return.

(We will need to know which items you are returning and your reason for return for each item. E.g Too big, too small, not liked, poor quality etc)

You will then need to return the order in the original condition to our postal address using our prepaid postage label provided.

*Please note if you do not have access to a printer to print out your label, do let us know in your initial email and we can send you a returns label to print out in store.

You can return items up to 30 days from delivery using your own postal method. Items returned after 30 days can still be accepted (at our discretion) but a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.

If choosing to pay for your own postal service, please advise us of your return and post back to our Returns Centre address at your own expense.

Please note: We do not refund our original delivery fee as standard practice.

PLEASE NOTE:

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF UNDERWEAR OR JEWELLERY FOR PIERCINGS, MESSY PLAY BUNDLES OR RAG BAG ITEMS.

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS SOLD NEW WITH TAGS THAT HAVE HAD THEIR TAGS REMOVED.
